Making mistakes is a fundamental part of life, especially when you do the business.  As the quote from John Wooden said “If you’re not making mistakes then you’re not doing anything.” The successful entrepreneurs still have experience of making mistakes; some are costless, but some are very costly. The difference is that how they deal with them, learn from them and figure out how to turn those crisis into the opportunities.

This presentation workshop is intended to reveal the lesson learns from the entrepreneurs’ mistakes in the perspective of both insiders and outsiders.  You will be hearing from the successful entrepreneurs who used to make a big mistake when doing business in China and also from the expert in business advisory who provided consultation to many companies that could turnaround their business at the end.

This workshop will provide not only the fundamental knowledge of common mistakes when doing business in China, but also show-case the solutions they used from the real entrepreneurs’ experience in varieties of fields, such as Finance, Legal and Human resources etc.

  • Larry Schuster – Founder of The Storytelling Company 

Larry is a speech coach at TEDx and Chinaccelerator, one of Asia’s top incubators for growing promising startup companies. He assists Startup CEOs to prepare for their investment pitches, to raise the funds they need to thrive.

  • Tsubasa Koseki – CEO OF STYLER Inc.

Tsubasa Koseki is a CEO of STYLER Inc. and created a New-Retail platform for fashion industry, “FACY” in Japan and Taiwan. Concurrently Tsubasa leads Retail/FashionTech trend in Asia. After graduating from the University of Tokyo(he majored in law and Internet), started his career at Megabanks in UK and Japan.  He has extensive experience about retail and payment gained at Amazon he used to work for. In 2017, he had a speech in Fin/Sum that is the biggest Fintech event held by Financial Services Agency Japan.

  • Vincent Chan – Founder and CEO of LivAway

Serial entrepreneur in AI, Blockchain and Social Network platform. Founded LivAway Community in 2017. Mentor of Token School. Mentor of China MX Entrepreneurial Intelligence Association. VC, member of Fudan Entrepreneur & Investment Club.

  • Jon Newton – Founder of Chinaprenuer

A self-expressed “globetrotter,” Jon brings over 15 years of international business experience to the table. Founder and CEO of Chinapreneur and Co-founder and Managing Director of Life Solutions, Mr. Newton specializes in China start-up processes and structuring, market entry strategies, building marketing channels, and local Human Resource regulations.
